Save the date! This free event celebrates the spring, equinox, and Jazz and Poetry Appreciation Month.
Attendees will have the chance to experience live music, poetry, storytelling, songs, and drumming circles. There will be an opportunity for anyone feeling inspired to share during the open mic session as well. The day also offers a wellness component which will feature chair massage, yoga & meditation, learning to create an altar setting for your home, film screening, and information on mental health services. It gives the community a chance to experience the many activities that are available right in their own area. An each one, teach one vibe!
