View 600 artifacts and three replica ships including the 122 foot Viking ship Roskilde 6 in the Michael and Athena Karabots Pavilion and the Mandell Center. Explore seven separate sections that tell the story of daily life in Viking society. This exhibit pushes back on the notion that VIkings were simply ruthless maurauders, and highlights the Vikings as shipbuilders, metalsmiths, artisans, and farmers. This exhibit is not included with regular admission and runs until March 2019.
