There is still time to sign up for the love to ride bike month challenge

It’s National Bike Month and even if you don’t have a bike of your own, GoPhillyGo can help you log a ride for the Love to Ride Bike Month Challenge. Philly’s bike share program, Indego, is an easy and sustainable way to get around the city without a car, but you can also use Indego to get to and enjoy parks, trails, and other places to relax in nature. Spending time outdoors has a positive impact on your health and well being, and GoPhillyGo and Indego can help you enjoy some trail time without the hassle of driving.

You can see all the Indego stations in real time by clicking on the “show bike share locations” option on the GoPhillyGo Explore page. Once you have selected a destination, choose “Use Indego Bike Share” to get walking directions to the nearest Indego station with available bikes, biking directions to the Indego station closest to your destination, and walking directions from the Indego station to your destination - all in one easy to follow itinerary. Indego is expanding, and new stations are frequently added, so check out the map for new stations coming to your neighborhood. We made a list of some great green spaces you can access with an Indego bike!

During National Bike Month this May, you can get a heavily discounted 30-day Indego pass for just $5 using promo code INDEPRO22, so this is the month to try out this great bike share program! Remember to sign up for the Love to Ride Bike Month Challenge while you're at it for the chance to win a free year-long Indego pass for all your great riding.
