This Winter, Connect with Nature Through Art!
There are so many ways to connect with nature in every season. Use the GophillyGo Trip Planner to find walking or biking routes and witness winter transition to spring along one of many nature trails, in Philadelphia’s vast park system. Get creative! Checkout the GoPhillyGo Events page to get information about family-friendly art workshops and pop-ups at environmental centers and parks in the region.
This week GoPhillyGo is gifting three people tickets to join a Philly Nature Journaling Club session with artist Meg Lemeiur at the Academy of Natural Sciences! Connect with animal enthusiasts and spend time sketching wildlife in the museum’s galleries this Saturday, February 22nd from 10am to 12pm, then stay a little longer to browse and enjoy the collections and special exhibits. All you have to do is follow GoPhillyGo Instagram or Facebook and be one of the first three people to DM how you’re getting to the museum.
