Use GoPhillyGo To Get To The Fireworks On The Parkway!

With two major headliners, R&B singer NE-Yo and pop party-girl Kesha, performing against a backdrop of spectacular fireworks This year’s Wawa Welcome America festival is sure to bring a crowd. Avoid the traffic, street closure and parking, and let GoPhillyGo help you get to the fireworks and fun by biking, walking or transit!

The entire Parkway and a few surrounding streets will be cut off to both pedestrians and vehicles. Attendees must enter the grounds from Logan Circle at the intersection of N. 20th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

Several bus routes will be interrupted, but SEPTA will be adding extra mid-day and late night service on the Broad Street and Market Frankford Lines, so check for detours on your route if you plan to travel during the celebration. GoPhillyGo can help you find the best route to the fun, just put in your starting point and destination (N. 20th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway) and our wayfinder can suggest a route by transit, foot, bike or a combination of the three.

Here are some popular transit hubs with routes that will get you to the fireworks:
