The Mayor was joined by Office of Transportation and Infrastructure Systems Managing Director Mike Carroll and Philadelphia Managing Director Mike Diberardinis. Four miles of Broad Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic, providing a unique pedestrian experience. The goal is to bring people together, and get people from all over the Philadelphia Region into parts of the city that they may have never been to.
