Betsy Ross House
Betsy Ross made the first American flag in her home at 239 Arch St. The building has had many period style rennovations and additions in its 250 year existence. Today, the house is a museum, and provides a glimpse into colonial life in Philadelphia. Visitors will find programs and demonstrations. Enjoy the shaded courtyard, and pay tribute to Ross and her third husband John at their final resting place.
