Camden County Environmental Education Center
The new Silver LEED certified Camden County Environmental Education Center is sustainable in both mission and structure. Under its green roof, the building serves as the Camden County Parks Department offices, an orientation site for users of Pennypacker Park's trails, and a space for classes, workshops, and lectures on a wide range of sustainability and gardening topics. Master Gardeners oversee its demonstration garden and greenhouse and lead courses enabling anyone to become a certified Master Gardener themselves.
