National Liberty Museum
The National Liberty Museum in Old City is dedicated to teaching people about the value of freedom and helping them to find their own place in the fabric of American liberty through stories and contemporary art. The museum tells the stories of American heroes, as well as housing a collection of vibrant glass art. The NLM uses education and art to develop leadership, good character, diversity, inclusion, peaceful conflict resolution and civic engagement skills in people of all ages. The goal is to show that freedom is as fragile as glass, and once it is broken, it’s not easily put back together.
