Penn Museum
Penn Museum is the largest university museum in the country, and houses roughly one million artifacts from all over the world. The museum's anthropological and archaeological research focuses on teaching us who we are as humans by showing us how different cultures live, and lived. Inside you will find statues from all over the world, tools ancient people used in their daily lives, and even mummies. The museum holds many lectures and programs for all ages including a great Chinese New Year celebration with a booming grand finale—a drum roll and traditional lion dance parade.
